HR Manager

Description We are in search of an experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise.  The successful candidate will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and guidance.  The HR manager will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering expertise in recruitment, employee development, terminations, performance management/reviews,  and overall employee relations while facilitating a positive relationship with employees and management.   ResponsibilitiesDirectly responsible as a generalist for the Flow Controls strategic product business units. Day-to-day activities include, but not limited to: Recruiting Employee Relations Succession Planning Management Training Policy Interpretation Salary Administration Career Development On Boarding Recognition Performance Management   Requirements Education/Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business or closely related field.  Minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, with 3 of those in an HR generalist.  Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proven experience with the principles and practices associated with the HR function Demonstrated effectiveness in establishing and building relationships with all levels of an organization Proven ability to use influence management at all levels of the organization Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state and local regulations Working knowledge of HRIS systems Experience with creating a culture of engagement collaboration and teamwork Strong communication skills - written, verbal and listening 18014935

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
