Detailed Description
This key position plays a dual role of functional HR expert and Human Resource Business Partner. Functional expert in that he or she will coordinate and direct employee relations activities in accordance with established guidelines and sound administrative practices. HRBP acts as a partner to the line by embedding sound HR practices to analyze and develop solutions that increase productivity.
Other assignments may include recruiting, training & development, benefit administration, culture improvement and other important HR functions. A well-rounded background is a necessity.
Finally, and most important, the successful candidate must have passion for continuous improvement and never be satisfied with the status quo.

Responsible for design, planning, and implementation of employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. Maintains good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction.Oversees the development and execution of programs, policies, and activities within an organization that are established to benefit the employee/employer relationship. Coordinates program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Manages the liaison between employees and management to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees in all aspects of employment. Facilitates employee/management grievance procedures. Audits internal programs and current practices and make subsequent recommendations based upon findings. Provides counsel to management. Directly manages a group of employee relations specialists.
May lead labor relations discussions.Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience, and a minimum of career level experience in the field, typically at least 8 years.
Requires advanced knowledge of governmental regulations and general HR practices. Must have extensive experience resolving a range of employee relations problems. Advanced ability to encourage communication and resolve conflicts is essential. Must have excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to advise subordinates in order to meet schedules and resolve problems.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
