Software Product Owner

We are seeking a Software Product Owner who can translate customer needs and product requirements into actionable development tasks.
You will be part of a global user interface team that develops software interfaces for our digital instrumentation using human centered design principles.
Our software performs diagnostic testing and offers recommended repair actions to assist users in maintaining their fleet of control valves.
In this role, you will implement product requirements from the defined product roadmap as new sensors, communication technologies, and data sources become available.
AS A SOFTWARE PRODUCT OWNER, YOU WILL:
Be an advocate for the customer to improve the user experience design Work directly with our software engineering development teams and marketing to translate marketing requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories and refine functional requirements with and for our Agile Teams Support global product launches and release activities Communicate product management activities to all levels of the organization as the product owner Reference product roadmap to prioritize, socialize and implement software enhancements with software development and test teams Customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that provides a great customer experience Constantly look for ways to increase the team's velocity/productivity by eliminating waste and identifying creative ways to accelerate delivery timelines Help build and maintain high team morale together with a Scrum Master Partner with the Product Manager and other Software Product Owners to ensure alignment with requirements and priorities Communication and facilitation skills - ability to lead small to medium groups of internal stakeholders towards desired outcomes to meet business objectivesWHO YOU ARE:

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or Software Development or a Marketing degree with product management emphasis or equivalent work experience.
3 years' experience in a software product owner role or equivalent Ability to travel up to 10% Strong communication skillsPREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
C#, React, Typescript, HTML, CSS Experience with Agile development methodologies Familiarity with Software Project Management Tools and Requirements Management Software#LI-AN1#LI-Hybrid Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Business Planning C Sharp (Programming Language) Css Communication Computing Platforms Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
